The first preliminary winners of Miss Wisconsin 2008 have been announced.

The first preliminary lifestyle and fitness winner was Miss La Crosse/Oktoberfest Mandy Nogle. Nogle's platform is reading awareness.

The winner of the preliminary talent competition was Miss South Central Briana Lipor. Lipor sang "Chi il bel sogno di Doretta." Lipor's platform is "Save the Arts."
